Rich Sounds

The taarija is a hand-held drum, made out of clay, with a goat-skin head. The combination of clay and goat skin works well and creates a very rich sound!

Bringing People Together

They are held in the palm, and can produce various tones depending on where on the head is hit. A beautiful deep sound that can be played by all your family and friends – novice to expert.

Travel With the Sounds of Morocco

The small size of the taarija makes it a perfect travel buddy that is sure to bring excitement anywhere it goes. The sounds of Morocco will travel through the air and bring people together through the beautiful beats of a drum.
