Shipping within the United States:

Orders of $40 or more qualify for free Standard shipping. This offer is valid for single-destination shipments within the continental United States only.


  • $0.00 to $20.00 - $4.95 standard shipping
  • $20.01 to $39.99 - $8.95 standard shipping
  • $40.00 and up - FREE Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is defined as the most economical method of shipping, as determined when processing the order. This could mean the order could ship via UPS Ground, USPS First Class, USPS Priority, or UPS SurePost depending on the rates. If you would like to choose a specific method of shipment, please choose an upgraded shipping method.

Expedited shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on current shipping rates.

Additional shipping charges apply to AK, HI, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and Guam.

Shipping to Canada:

Shipping to Canada is calculated at checkout based on current shipping rates. Shipping costs do not include additional customs or import duties, which may be incurred based on the final shipping destination in Canada and the customer is responsible for these charges. Fees are calculated based on the value of the order and are collected prior to delivery based on local regulations.


You can return or exchange full-priced products within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you would like a return label, please send an email to

-For refunds, we will deduct $10.95 from the credit amount.

-For exchanges, no deduction will be made for the use of our return label.

Perishable goods (i.e. Thai for Two curry kits, Villa Real Chocolate, etc.) cannot be returned unless a defect was presented at delivery.

Slippers and Apparel Visibly worn items cannot be returned unless a defect was presented at delivery. Store credit or exchange is given for the full purchase once defected item is approved by customer service representative.

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If a refund is approved, your refund will be processed (less applicable shipping charges), and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-5 days, depending on your bank.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
