Balsamic Vinegar - Crafted from cooked grape-must (Lambrusco, Ancellotta, and Trebbiano) according to the traditional method, this vinegar is slowly fermented then acetified in large barrels. The production process is handemade with passion and attention to details. The vinegar is bottled very young to keep the fruity aromas and delicate acidity. The 100% natural Balsamic matures and refines in small wooden barrels. No thickeners or colorants.
